Penelope Villa is a spacious one-level villa in the scenic area of Kassiopi, offering generous living space and a private parking spot for guests. Set on a peaceful hillside above the coast, it enjoys panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. Although the villa itself is fully on one level with no internal stairs, there are exterior steps leading up to the entrance, which provide access to the elevated position and its beautiful views. With three bedrooms and capacity for up to eight guests (including two extra beds), the villa is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing seaside retreat.

Inside, the villa offers a welcoming layout with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and ample storage. The living room provides generous space with a fireplace, sofas, coffee table, books, and a dining area, while the kitchen includes an oven, grill, fridge, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery for easy meal preparation. Two stylish bathrooms, each with bath/shower, sink and toilet, add comfort for larger groups. Additional amenities include a washing machine, linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, heating and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps. Hot water comes via a solar panel system. A baby cot or highchair is available on request, and keybox access makes arrival simple.

The villa’s shaded veranda and large terrace offer uninterrupted sea views and are ideal for morning breakfasts, relaxed afternoon reading, or dinners under the stars. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and the shared swimming pool — used by another villa as well — provides a refreshing alternative to the sea. The beach at Avlaki, one of the most beautiful beaches in north Corfu, sits about 900 meters away, while Kassiopi’s shops, tavernas and coastal paths are within easy reach. Private on-site parking makes exploration convenient.

House rules do not allow parties, pets or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 via keybox, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours run from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As is common in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle anything other than toilet paper, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins for all other items.
