Mooi ruim appartement met mooi uitzicht

Pros: Het appartement was volledig uitgerust. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Voorzien van 2 koffiezetapparaten, tosti apparaat, broodrooster, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Hiervoor was een ruime hoeveelheid was pods aanwezig. Ook bij aankomst water, wijn en koekjes. Horren voor alle ramen wat fijn was vanwege de grote hoeveelheid muggen. Airco in alle ruimtes. 2 badkamers. Prima bedden. Mooi uitzicht. Ruim balkon met dak zodat je niet in de (hete) zon komt te zitten. Een kluis op iedere kamer. Kortom, geweldig. Cons: Het toiletpapier mag niet in het toilet gegooid worden. De beheerder beloofde ons, om de 2 dagen de prullenbak te legen. Wij zijn er 14 dagen geweest en deze is 1x geleegd. Ook na het sturen van een app werd dit niet gedaan waarna ik zelf het zakje gewisseld heb met een boodschappentasje en de vieze voor de deur gelegd. Ook maar 1x schoon beddengoed. De badkamers zijn helemaal niet schoon gemaakt. De accommodatie ligt erg hoog waardoor het een hele klim is om daar te komen. Ook moesten wij nog een aantal trappen op om op onze kamer te komen. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of in een rolstoel zitten. Wij moesten aan het eind nog de toeristenbelasting betalen. Volgens onze overeenkomst was dat €7,00. Wij kregen een mail om voor vertrek nog €56,00 te betalen. Volgens de eigenaar klopte dat bedrag niet. Later mochten wij dan €25,00 betalen. Wij hebben uiteindelijk €15,00 betaald uit coulance.
