With more than 2.000 sq. meters of yard and 5,500 sq. meters of farmland the villa is a heaven of tranquility and outdoor living experience. Perched on the top of a hill it boasts exposed bougainvilleas, lemon trees, white mulberry trees, a unique natural stone swimming pool with slide, a small fountain-pond and many farm animals, such as chickens, rabbits, ducks, goats and a small sized dog. Guests who enjoy agricultural work will really appreciate the field full of fresh tomatoes, peppers, and other 100% bio vegetables and fruits. Available for our guests are also an outdoor barbecue area and a brick oven.
Spread over 70 sq. metres the apartment is perfect for small families or couples. It features a bathroom with shower, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and 2 dining areas. It has 2 private terraces of approx. 30 sq. metres each facing the garden, providing an exceptional outdoor experience.
The city center is approximately 40 min walk from the property, however 10 min walk away you will find a bus station.
Hiring a car or a moto is recommended. You can drive to the city center of Corfu in just 7 min.
There is a supermarket, a bakery and some good places to eat 10 min walk from the villa.
