Beautiful seaside home inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity of the sea. It had a well equipped kitchen and a nice grill area. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening listening to the waves. The host was easy to contact and friendly.

Hi location beautiful, outside space lovely.The main issue we had was with the bathrooms. There were 5 bathrooms so each bedroom had a bathroom however there was zero water pressure and once one person was using the tap or shower it stopped the water in every other bathroom.The bathrooms were also tired and need updating

Great villa, perfect location

Fabulous villa, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (in fact 5 bathrooms with shower and toilet, which the listing doesn't make clear). The star attraction though is it's proximity to a beautiful brach

Avlaki beach villa

Family and friends visit area regularly. Villa well presented with gardens that were at their best. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and Carol the concierge was a great help getting us taxis to airport. Lovely holiday, thanks!!!

Fantastic villa

5 couples stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the place, the rooms are very pleasant and the bathrooms are good although a little tired in places. Cleaners called a couple of times to change the towels, bedding etc . Having a local English contact came in useful as we needed a dentist during our stay! Amazing location with 2 great tavernas within 75 metre walk - even a boat hire in the bay. A hire car is essential, but not too expensive with plenty of choice at the airport, about an hour from the villa. So many beautiful places within a maximum hours' drive, although Kassiopi has everything you need by way of shops, cafes, boat trips etc. Everywhere we went the local people are so friendly and helpful. The villa instruction book does need updating, no mention of disposing of waste/recycling, and some spare bin liners shouldn't be too much to ask for. Overall great value; highly recommended.

Perfect stay

We have just had a wonderful week at this gorgeous property.It is even better than the listing pictures. The most perfect location ..you can choose between the lovely pool and garden , or just walk out of the gates onto a pretty beach so fantastic for kids . Great restaurant 2 minutes up the ( quiet) road The villa has a lovely homely feel .. very relaxed and typically Greek . Lots of space for everyone Well equipped kitchen and barbecue area , and outside eating areas Just perfect for 7 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter.

Wow! Fantastic location and gorgeous house and pool

We booked for 2020 then due to Covid restrictions postponed till 2021 then finally got to stay in 2022 but it was worth the wait!! I was my husband/2 kids 11 & 14 and my sister and her 2 kids 14 and 17. We all loved it. The pool is fabulous with great comfy loungers. The sea so close and amazing. The food and drink in the welcome basket/fridge was so welcome and lovely. The Aircon in the bedrooms a godsend. Beaches nearby beautiful, taverna next door very welcoming and had great food. We didn't hire a car so just walked to the nearest shop which was about 25 mins walk. We just enjoyed our time at the villa, did walk to nearby Kassiopi but preferred to come back to the tranquility of Avlaki beach. Iraklis was very helpful when I had to let her know we needed to cancel our first planned trip and then the following year too. Was very grateful we managed to stay here. Would definitely love to return 🥰... can you tell we love it

Avlaki Beach House

Wonderful location. A short drive or even coastal walks to nearby bays and beaches. We had fun jumping off the jetty and paddle boarding. A big plus is Cavo Barbaro the taverna a few minutes away.

Perfect villa in perfect location

The house we even better than we expected, the pool was a lovely size with lots of loungers, there were a couple of outdoor seating areas, lots of the rooms had balconies, the bathrooms all worked perfectly and were clean and the quiet beach was idyllic, and Cavo barbaro the taverna next door was superb . We loved every minute and weee sad to leave

Lovely week in Avlaki beach house

We had a great week in this villa, excellent facilities and location is steps away from the beach. The pool, BBQ and table tennis are great. There was 6 adults and one baby in our party and we had more than enough space and spreading room. The owners were also very helpful with any enquiries we had.

Wonderfully spacious and with all amenities you need

We stayed here for just over a week with our 2 young children (3 and 1) and it was perfect for what we needed. Wonderful big pool, lots of open indoor space for the kids to walk around, real cot (or pack n play) for the baby and air conditioning across the home as needed. The beach is literally across the street with lots of water activities available (kayaks, SUP, boats..) . Also maybe it was a strange thing but we bought fruit from the fruit truck outside and it was awful. That has nothing to do with the villa. But just a note. Overall we were very pleased with this place and would absolutely recommend!! Great value for a house of this size with a private pool and so close to the beach. The cleaners come as well to refresh it all as needed 2x per week. They come clean the pool as well. We had an issue with the shower one evening and someone came over at night and in the morning to fix it as soon as they could! Truly incredible service. There is not much you can walk to in this area with kids so the car was necessary but this was not an issue at all. The beaches in this area are rocks so bring those water shoes.

A perfect holiday property for all ages

The Avlaki Beach House is a spacious 5 bedroom/5 bathroom villa, with a large, clean and well maintained pool. We were three generations, and all of us were very happy with the villa and its location. There are two tavernas within 5 minutes walk, and right next door is a water sports centre where you can hire a dinghy, SUP, windsurf kayak etc by the hour or the week. The beach is right outside the front gate, with great opportunity to snorkle in clear blue water. Highly recommended

Fantastic stay and location

Stayed here for my wedding and my whole family loved the villa and location and would definitely come back. Corfu is beautiful amazing to have the sea so close and so many areas of the house to chill with great places to eat all around!

We had a wonderful holiday in a great location. Villa was as described and was very well laid out. Cots and high chairs were available for the 2 babies and when we had an issue with one of the cots it was speedily resolved.. Would recommend this villa

Lovely house in outstanding location

We have just returned from 10 days at Avlaki Beach House which is in a beautiful, peaceful, special location. Some useful pointers for guests:- Cavo Barbaro is a wonderful taverna almost next door. Lovely to be able to walk 1 min to find good food, drinks & sea views. They do half portions for kids, plus takeaway coffee and food - good to know if you arrive late. Niko supermarket 5 mins drive away, stocks everything you can need (including UK staples like Heinz ketchup etc!) including meats and fish for bbq. There were a lot of mosquitos during our stay (May) - bring spray. Washing machine v helpful, especially with kids. We hired a little boat from https://www.filippos-boats.com and wizzed around to other bays. They come with life jackets (esp for kids). Especially worth a trip is Taverna Agni - you need to book & staff will come out to help you tie your boat up. The pool is lovely. Unfortunately not heated, so was a little chilly for our kids in May. So nice to sit outside in evenings, have a bbq and hear the waves. The house itself is clean, very large and functional. It's a little dated and some of us found the mattresses a bit hard. Would also recommend the owners get a bigger kitchen bin, it was v small for a lot of people. All in all a lovely house in special location and we are very keen to come back! We did see some of the rest of Corfu, and decided Avlaki and North Corfu was the most beautiful, wild part :)

Perfect week in idyllic location with wonderful staff and owner . House is gorgeous.

The house is well laid out and more spacious than the pictures show, the pool is a very good size and the location perfect. It is next door to a sailing club and one of best tavernas on the island. Avlaki beach is on the doorstep and idyllic. Filippos boats deliver to the jetty outside the villa making it very easy to get around and explore the north east coast. We were a group of 11 and we were extremely comfortable. The staff and the owner called several times to make sure we were happy. It was a perfect week.
