Beach Villa Joanna is an exciting, brand new villa finished to the highest standard and beautifully located close to the sea at Agnos, in the Northern part of Corfu. Offering one of the most amazing and best designed swimming pools of the island, purposedly created and built for this villa by a well-known local architect, Beach Villa Joanna is truly set to impress. Thanks to its 3 spacious bedrooms (air-conditioned), beautifully decorated interiors, wide common areas both inside and outside, th villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 / 8 guests. Blessed by extensive gardens with lawn and olive trees, this villa is the perfect holiday home for families looking after a relxation break in the unspoilt Corfiot nature yet within easy reach to the seaside (which is just 500m away) and the many facilities or the nearby Roda.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The modern interiors have been carefully designed to offer a relaxing, cheerful feeling, with high attention to the details. The open plan lounge / kitchen offers 2 sofas (including one sofa bed of standard single size, therefore very comfortable), TV, wi.fi internet connection, dining table. The kitchen is stylish and fully euipped with 4 cooking rings oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The living area opens straight out to the spacious outside terrace even providing direct access to the pool! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The spacious master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and big patio doors opening straight onto the poolside terrace. The second bedroom is a twin while the third one, particularly spacious, has 2 single beds (that can be joined on request) and an extra single bed. They share family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The owner Joanna, during the renovation, has carefully restored antique pieces all hand made by her grandfather John who was the former owner of the villa as well as a great carpenter.

The outdoor areas of Beach Villa Joanna are set to impress. With the addition of a stunning swimming pool, which has been cleverly designed and is beautifully lit at night, guests can even enjoy a refreshing dip diving straight from the balcony. The swimming pool is divided into 2 sections, one dedicated to adults and one dedicated to the children. The adult section measures the impressive size of 9m x 4m (depth from 1.2m to 1.7m) while the children section measures 5m x 2m (dept 0.5m). The circular section of the pool has a pleasant seating area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying a drink. Adults and children can safely play on the lawn at the front of the villa, or sunbath on one of the comfortable sunbeds provided, enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding olive trees. Private parking is also available on the premises.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of linen/towels twice a week are included in the rental rates.
