Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler activated via the electrical panel, typically requiring about 15–20 minutes to heat. Public parking is available at Corfu Square for guests arriving by car, since the studio is located on a pedestrian street with restricted vehicle access.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. The apartment uses a keybox for smooth self check-in, though a personal welcome may be arranged upon request.
