A very comfortable apartment on the first floor of an absolutely newly built building, 6 kilometers from the center of Corfu Town.
It is situated in Kontokali, just 650 metres off the Marina of Gouvia, 100 m from the closest bus stop and 100 metres off a big Supermarket [AB].
The apartment is totally new and unused, with two balconies, on the front and on the back side of the building and has a big car parking area.
It has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 WC, TV, WiFi, air-condition.
The beaches of Kontokali and Gouvia are just 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car away.
Famous restaurants are and 2 of the best fish tavernas with history on our island are very close.
