Our 30 sq. meter studio apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests. It features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, offering ample storage space. We've also included a 40-inch TV in the room with a smart box for streaming services and YouTube for your enternainment.

The bed is fitted with a high-quality, ergonomical mattress, with a hard and soft side for maximum comfort.

The apartment boasts a small kitchen and dining area, equipped with everything you need for cooking, including an oven, hot plates, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The dining table seats two, perfect for enjoying meals together.

There is also a washing machine in the kitchen area for your clothes.

The bathroom is small, but has plenty of space for comfortable showers. Remember to turn on the boiler for hot water.

Step outside to a patio overlooking our lush garden and shared swimming pool. The patio is furnished for dining or enjoying drinks in the open air. For BBQ enthusiasts, there's an outdoor BBQ and dining area in the garden, shared but spacious enough for all.
