Disappointed with attitude from restaurant staff. Felt like we had to find them to help us and when they did it was a chore. Too busy chatting and not enough attentiveness. Lack of vegetarian options was clear and scarily no signage for each food to show if it was vegetarian or had any specific allergens. Mini club staff Artemis and Irini were excellent.

We have to admit that we were surprised by your comment about our otherwise so highly appreciated restaurant staff and by your statement regarding the vegetarian options, for which we have dedicated a large separated area in our buffet, clearly mentioned by signs.We are sorry to find out that minor inconveniences disrupted your otherwise impeccable travel experience.I sincerely hope that in a future visit you will give us another chance to showcase you a more genuine side of the Kontokali Bay experience.

We loved the friendly relaxed atmosphere. The service was great. We had a room overlooking the sea, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. There were more than enough sun loungers to go round, even though the hotel was full.

Nice hotel

I would give this hotel 4 stars not 5 stars as its not as polished as many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in around the world. However the staff are amazing.. Greek people in general are very friendly and hospitable.. making this a truly great experience.

Peaceful and relaxing break

We had a wonderful room with a view of the beach from the balcony (watched the sun rise over the sea in the morning!), and it was spotlessly clean with a great power shower. The resort itself has beautifully kept grounds with lots of plants and flowers. The staff were exceptional - each and every one was friendly, charming and couldn't do enough to help, without being overbearing or intrusive - can't praise them highly enough. There's a great spa which we spent a morning in (hydrotherapy pool, massage, gym), but the majority of our time was spent on the well kept beach, which was so peaceful - all you could hear were the waves and the birds! All in all a lovely break in a tranquil setting with 5* luxury treatment.

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé car possibilité de sortir pour manger à l'extérieur et faire des excursions sans avoir besoin d'une voiture car le service public de bus est très bien et les restaurants accessibles à pieds. Le cadre est vraiment très beau car cet hôtel se fond dans le paysage grâce à une splendide végétation. Les plages de sable sont juste parfaites. Les bungalows très agréables. La piscine super pour nager car grande et rectangulaire. Superbe petit-déjeuner buffet. On a tout adoré !
