Maisemat huoneesta ja altaalta olivat upeat ja täydelliset. Sen sijaan yhteydenpito hotellin kanssa oli hankalaa, he eivät vastanneet lainkaan sähköposteihin, myöskään siihen, jonka alunperin itse lähettivät. Sisäänkirjautuminen ei myöskään tapahtunut niin kuin sovittiin.
