New Modern House in Kassiopi - Only a 2 Minute Walk to the Harbour

Nonna's Hill House is situated in Kassiopi, on the hill just above Kassiopi Harbour. Only a few minutes walk to all amenities but far enough for some peace and quiet. A pool and a snack bar is just below the property that is open to the public.

The house has three bedrooms. One with a sofa bed that comes out as a double and then two other double rooms. The rooms are all on the lower floor with a shower room. Upstairs, there is an open plan living room , dining room and kitchen and also another shower room. On the upstairs floor there is a sofa that can sleep one more person. From the top floor you can enjoy the views of the beautiful Kassiopi and the sea at Kalamionas Beach.
You can also enjoy evenings in, having a delicious BBQ on the balcony. The lower floor & top floor have an air conditioning unit and each room has a fan. The property was closed for many years and under went a full renovation in 2023 making it a beautiful and modern home, perfect for family & friends.
