Villa Description
A downhill track takes you to a parking area, where there is a small covered courtyard with a bistro table and chairs. The solid wooden door leads into the open plan living space, which features a dining area and lounge with beamed ceiling and exposed stonework.
On entry to the Villa, a door leads to a small dressing area, then through to a shower room and brightly furnished twin bedroom. Patio doors from this room open out onto the courtyard at the entrance of the villa.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and a decorative, feature fireplace. Patio doors off from here lend plenty of light and fabulous views of the Ionian Sea, even while sitting.
The Kitchen area is fitted with traditionally styled units and is fully equipped. Off the kitchen, there is a separate small utility room with a washing machine and small basin.
The double bedroom has an en suite shower room and is located at the other end of the villa with patio doors leading on to a terrace and private infinity pool (which has a safety glass around one side, so as not to obscure the views).
Outside is the shaded terrace with an alfresco dining area and stone-build BBQ which looks out to the Ionian Sea and small cove on the North East Corfu coast. The terrace has direct access to the private infinity pool and sunbathing area as well as a separate Jacuzzi-splash pool where you can cool off from the midday sun. Whether lounging on a sunbed or cooling down in the pool, you cannot escape the breath-taking sea views that surround the villa.

Villa Location (Surroundings)
Set on the hillside of North East Coast between the bays of Kerasia and Agios Stafanos, Villa Scirocco is ideally located to explore the Village resorts of Kassiopi, Kouloura and Kalami, which are all a short drive away. Surrounded by olive and Cypress trees, this property has some of Corfu’s finest countryside right on your doorstep, with spectacular views across the Ionian Sea and into the mountainous terrain.

Location Features
There are 2 supermarkets in Agios Stefanos which have a good range of products. In the opposite direction going back to the main road and very close to the property, there is also a larger supermarket in Sinies. Fresh meat and fish can be bought or ordered from all 3 supermarkets.

Agios Stefanos has a good selection of tavernas and small cafes along the seafront where you can watch the fishing boats come and go. Kerasia, which is a further 3 minute drive away from Agios Stefanos has a tavern and café on the water front. The resort of Kassiopi is a 10 minute drive away, which has a wide range of tavernas, bars and cafes.

The beaches of Kerasia and Agios Stafanos are extremely close by car and can even be walked down to (the incline walking back to the property is rather steep). The beaches of Avlaki, Kalami, Kouloura, Agni, Kentroma, Nissaki are all within 10 minute drive from Villa Folitsa, all of which are shingle and pebbles.

For anyone wanting to experience a true taste of Greece, motor boats can be hired locally to explore the stunning bays of kouloura, Kalami and Agni along the North East coast. You can also visit old Peritheia Village, a unique village near the summit of mount Pantokrator, which offers hiking routes, stunning views and traditional tavernas to sample old Corfiot recipes.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
