Townhall Nest is a beautifully renovated duplex apartment set in one of the most exclusive areas of Corfu’s Old Town, just a few steps from the iconic Liston promenade and the grand Spianada Square. Blending high-quality finishes with thoughtful decorative details, this elegant home offers a refined stay at the very heart of the historic center. With its privileged location overlooking the Townhall and the old Venetian square, it provides both charm and convenience for guests seeking to immerse themselves in the cultural atmosphere of Corfu.

The 60 m² apartment is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, guests will find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for preparing meals, and a modern bathroom with a shower, fresh towels, and toiletries. Upstairs, the double bedroom and single bedroom offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or small groups, with an additional sofa in the living room allowing the apartment to host up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, and a filter coffee machine. Hot water is supplied via an electric boiler activated by switching on the left switch in the electrical panel for about 15–20 minutes before showering, turning it off again for safety. Entry involves no steps, and although the building has no elevator, access to the apartment is easy. A baby cot is available upon request, and a keybox enables smooth self check-in.

Located in the Townhall Square area, the apartment is surrounded by Corfu’s most celebrated landmarks. The Liston, the Old Fortress, the Museum of Asian Art, and the labyrinth of charming Old Town alleyways are all just moments away. Superb restaurants, lively cafés, boutique shops, and local bakeries fill the neighborhood, making it effortless to enjoy the best of Corfu on foot. Although the residence sits on a pedestrian street, guests can find free street parking in the surrounding area or use the public parking at Corfu Square, providing added flexibility for those arriving by car.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, with earlier access possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the Old Town are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. Townhall Nest uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available on request, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay in one of Corfu’s most historic locations.
