Villa Yiannis is set in a green surrounding with views of the Albanian mountains, a superb location. The villa has a large swimming pool 11m x 5m and a jacuzzi with stunning surroundings, lovely terraces, and enough space to comfortably accommodate six people.
Yiannis is an exceptional villa near Sinies that ensures a perfect relaxing holiday with close proximity to the surrounding beaches, little coves, lively Kassiopi, and the spectacular Agios Stefanos, as well as the famous Kerasia (15 minutes walk path through the olive groves), where the Rothschild family villa is located.
Layout

Villa Yiannis is a two-storey villa that combines traditional and modern design elements. The living room with the dining area and the very well equipped kitchen are on the ground floor of the villa, with a family bathroom on the lower floor. The owners have taken great care of the house and the outdoor areas, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can also be used as a children's pool for our younger guests. All guests who want to relax while watching their favorite movie will be pleased with the large flat screen TV. If guests feel the house is too cold, they can use the fireplace at the beginning or end of the season.

The internal staircase leads to the upper floor including three bedrooms; the master with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with single beds. Two balconies overlook the front of the house and the sea, while the third overlooks the hillside behind the house.
