The renovated bathroom includes a modern shower, and the studio provides air conditioning, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, linens, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps. The entrance door is old, reflecting the character of the historical building, and the studio is on the ground floor with no stairs. The property uses an electric boiler, which typically requires around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated. Baby cots are available on request, and check-in is easy with a keybox. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment due to the pedestrian setting, but guests can use the public parking area at Corfu Square.

Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler for hot water, which needs about 15–20 minutes to warm up. As in all of Corfu and much of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins.
