Villa Argyro
An exquisite villa with commanding sea views and a private pool offering privacy and space. The beautiful villa is reached via a quiet, winding road leading from Kassiopi. Surrounded by olive groves and nestled between other smart villas this property is a delight from the moment you arrive at its front gates and you are within a five minute stroll to the village too! Perfect position!
An attractive entrance, set off by attractive flower beds and stonework, leads up to the entrance to the villa. This floor is surrounded by terraces with fabulous views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, and leads down to the pool area.
The entrance hall of this newly built house leads through into an open plan living/dining room, with large windows looking out to sea and patio doors on the other side which lead onto the verandas and pool area. The living area also has an attractive fire place for use in the cooler months. Just off this area is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and from here there is also access to the pool. This floor also accommodates a large, comfortable twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with bath. Patio doors open out onto a terrace with sea views. There is also a small cloakroom with wc in the entrance hall. On the upper level of the house is a twin bedroom with full ensuite bathroom which leads out to a spacious furnished balcony. The master double with ensuite bathroom has an even larger furnished terrace again with sea views. On the garden level you will locate an additional lounge area with one twin and one double bedroom both with en suite bathrooms; this section of the house has a private entrance and is ideal for teenagers. The garden level has an internal staircase to the ground floor.
The village is within a 10 minute stroll and there is a small cove located below the house which can be reached by a path adjacent to the villa. If you do rent a boat during your holiday it can be moored here or at Kassiopi harbour.
