It benefits from a peaceful location, offers privacy but also is very close only 3 minutes walking from shops,supermarkets,bars, tavernas, restaurants and the centre of Kassiopi. Near the villa is Kalamionas and Karavi beaches about 5 minutes walking. About 800m from the villa you can find Imerolia and bataria beaches.

Open plan living/dining room with WiFi,TV,DVD, Hi-Fi,A/C. Kitchen with oven,microwave,dishwasher, washing machine,refrigerator,freezer,coffee machine,boiler ( fully equipped kitchen ). 1twin bedroom with A/C. 1Bathroom.
First floor:
2 double bedrooms with A/C and one of them with en suite shower room. Both rooms have doors to a balcony with great view. 2 twin bedrooms with A/C and one shower room.
