Additionally, there is a separate shower room available on this level for the convenience of guests.
For those seeking additional tranquility, the lower ground floor offers a secluded retreat, accessible externally. Here, guests will find a sumptuous double bedroom complete with an ensuite shower room, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the lower ground floor houses a well-equipped gym, providing ample opportunity for guests to maintain their fitness routines during their stay.
Stepping outside, guests are greeted by a picturesque oasis, featuring a private heated* infinity pool, where they can unwind and soak up the sun in style. Please note, this villa sits in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 93cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. There are wide steps and a ramp leading to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. On the ground floor, the left hand side twin bedroom has a door width of 86cm, whilst the ensuite door is 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 66cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 96cm wide. A shower seat can be provided upon request.
