The village of Nissaki is under 10 minutes’ drive away, with a pretty harbour and a selection of tavernas and bars. Larger resorts such as Ipsos are just a 20 minute drive away, where you’ll find a lively town with a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Located next to Mount Pantokrator, off the road winding down towards Nissaki Beach, the villa's elevated position allows for fantastic views across the countryside and out to sea. Less than 10 minutes’ drive will take you to Nissaki, where you’ll find a quaint little harbour with tavernas and bars plus a charming beach. Watersports and boat hire can be found locally to discover the stunning secluded bays and coves that the north east coast has to offer. The nearby resorts of Barbati and Ipsos have a nice variety of bars and restaurants, both reachable within a 20 minute drive.

Let’s start by saying the villa is stunning. The amenities are excellent, the pool is perfect. It is well equipped everywhere, inside and out. The view is second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A couple of little things to mention. The reason the view is so amazing is that it is at the top of very steep hill. The walk to Nissaki Village is about 35 minutes downhill and 45 minutes back up and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that isn’t a keen hiker. That said, we love hiking and it was a great workout for us early in the morning but I would say a car is essential. There are some fantastic restaurants in Nissaki, particularly Olivo, which is amazing. The beach is a pebble cove and the water is amazingly clear and warm. Go early to get a sunbed as it gets very busy as it is just charming. There are at least two excellent restaurants/bars at the cove that we would also recommend. Great for coffee, ice cream as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. We hired a boat for the day and bobbed along the cove to the “cave” which was fab and then on to Kassiopi for lunch which is not to be missed. All in all we had a fantastic holiday holiday. Villa Plus, the Villa operators were a bit sketchy prior to departure but from two weeks before and throughout our stay they were great. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating with a slighter check out for us too. Highly recommend!
