Villa Serenissima is a new villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 private pools just 100 meters from Almyros beach, Corfu. It is modern, luxurious, and equipped with all amenities for an unforgettable vacation with friends or family. In the immediate vicinity there are sandy beaches and excellent tavernas.
Outside, there is a large, fenced-in garden with a stunning private pool, a play corner for children, sun deck, and an outdoor cooking and dining area (equipped with a double refrigerator, ice machine, electric barbecue, oven and wine refrigerator). The house is very bright inside, and offers a second pool as well as a well-equipped gym.
At guests’ disposal: furnished, enclosed private garden; private outdoor pool (21 x 4 meters; minimum depth: 0,45 meters; maximum depth: 1,35 meters); private indoor pool (5 x 3 meters; depth: 1,1 meters) heated on request (without extra cost); children’s play area; outdoor cooking and dining area; well-equipped gym; 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom; washing machine and dryer; air conditioning in all indoor rooms; parking.
Distances: sea 100 meters, minimarket 500 m, taverna 700 meters, Acharavi (shops of all kinds) 2 km, Kassiopi 12 km, Agios Stefanos 16 km, Paleokastritsa 27 km, Corfu Town (airport) 40 km.
Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms and bathrooms, every 3 days.
