Gas grill… 4 Kayaks…Close proximity to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Ky, and the Kentucky Horse Park in Georgetown, Ky, and also an hour away from the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Ky…Fish on the private dock, relax in the hot tub, or sit by the fire pit and unwind…SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LAKE… Please contact owner for swimming options!!!

If you want a lakeside off the beaten path log cabin rental that is stocked with the comforts of home and a hot tub look no further. Located between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum to the north and the horse farms and Red River Gorge area to the south you can explore Kentucky as you choose or explore historic Georgetown and Williamstown shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the peaceful lake view from the porch and amazing kitchen table. Welcome snacks were a nice touch. Great location for the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

The view of the lake was so stunning! The cabin was so perfect for us. What a great kitchen! The beds were so comfortable. The recliner with a remote was just what nearly 80 year old lady could wish for. I’d definitely come back!

The lake view was magical! Prestine and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with basics, good dishes, most basic equipment such as mixing bowls, pans and utensils for cooking. There was dishwasher and hand soap.Ample towels for 2-4 guests.Very comfortable bedding and cozy reclining chairs.Wonderful hot tub.Neat to have one remote that worked both the inside living room TV and the TV out on the patio. The hosts were very reachable and exceptionally helpful. They understood every aspect of their cabin and were able to answer any questions we had.

Bed was comfy! Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Nice water view, quiet dead end area. It looks a little sketchy getting back to the property, I was worried. But it was nice and quiet once at property and close surrounding homes. Had internet issues but host took care of the quickly. Couch and chair in living room extremely comfortable, soft blankets and a few games made for a relaxing movie/ game night. Had boats and fishermen on the water while we were getting in hot tub. Lots of birds, chipmunks and squirrels to watch. Would come back if in the area again.

The pictures don’t it it justice. This place is absolutely amazing. Definitely exceeded any expectations I had before we arrived. The hot tub was a plus and was super clean. It was the perfect getaway! Neighborhood was quiet and private. I would highly recommend this property to everyone!!!

The cabin was wonderful. Our husbands loved fishing off the dock.We loved the grill and the hot tub, although we turned it down a bit. As hot as it has been we didn't need it set so high. It was very clean and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Had plenty of linens and wonderful decor. There was one craçked glass in the cupboard. When we pulled it out to use ,there was a huge crack in it so I didn't want to just put it back and someone get cut on it, so I left it on the counter. The pillows could be better, and I would suggest a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or a bathrobe. The neighborhood coming in is a bit sketchy but overall , a great place and I would recommend.

We stayed here for a few days while we visited the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We enjoyed coming back to the cabin after a day of activities. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and appreciated the life jackets.

Enjoyed our stay. There were two things that weren’t ideal. 1)The location was a bit of a challenge but did appreciate the seclusion once we got to the location 2) The noise from the interstate traffic did seem a bit much when outside in the evening but didn’t seem to bother when we were on the inside.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is absolutely clean & beautiful! We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, the hot tub & relaxing with family. The cabin is very close to the Ark Encounter which we enjoyed immensely one day. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay & the host was a great communicator.
