Overall the hotel was good. The Continental Breakfast was poor. The fruit bowl mix was very basic. There was no fresh fruit not even a banana. The variety of cereal was also poor .

Good hotel, recommend it. Friendly staff, good location, clean and large rooms. Only negative is there was no hot water for a shower in the morning!!!!!!!! Was told later this would have come through if I had let the taps run for "a few minutes". I left it on for 5 and it was still 100% cold: not good enough. Otherwise could not fault the place (well just the breakfast chef who gave me a fired Irish breakfast with a half-cooked egg (not runny, just very undercooked) and a 2/3rds cooked sausage. That mishap aside, the rest of the breakfast offering was top notch in a really charming restaurant

Nice hotel and excellent staff

When arrived at hotel , no parking space left so had to park outside on street. I had a room with small window and located at top floor which I wasn't happy for good reasons. After discussion with Receptionist , she provided me a different room and it was vast improvement from top floor bedroom. Hot breakfast was yummy. Location is a bit of a walk to city and struggled to walk uphill to hotel !! Friendly helpful staff made all the different :)

Rooms

The room was very tired, and had a damp smell. For the price it wasn't very good at all. The room had a balcony with a great view. The staff changed the room when I asked to be moved and couldn't be more helpful. The room I moved to was of a better standard but had no balcony or view and was quite a distance from the entrance. The hotel is undergoing works, but the room original allocated should not be sold at such a high price for its standard. I would not recommend this hotel due to my experience. The staff really are an asset to the hotel.

Dated Dinosaur

The bathroom was dirty. The staff were not welcoming. Breakfast was extra, and poor quality. It reminded me of something from the 1970`s. I would not recommend it. Good location. Poorly trained and de motivated staff.

Sehr schönes Hotel welches einen guten Eindruck macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im eigenen Restaurant ist lecker zu einem fairen Preis. Zum Städtezentrum sind es zu Fuss cirka 15min. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und haben zum Teil einen schönen Balkon. Parkplätze hat es mehr als genug.
