The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for families, offering bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on the to. The apartment includes one well appointed bathroom.
The open plan living area is light and welcoming with a cosy lounge and TV for unwinding after a day at the beach. The cute, modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a combo microwave and air fryer, two-burner stovetop, single drawer dish washer, fridge and washing machine - everything you need for an easy holiday stay.
Both bedrooms are fitted with bladeless fan lights to keep you comfortable year round.
Step outside to a peaceful outdoor area adjacent to a bushland reserve, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dinning table-perfect for relaxed meals surrounded by nature.
The apartment is ideally located close to a dog-friendly beach only 3 minutes drive away. A family friendly beach at Dutchies with playgrounds and free BBQ facilities only 4 minutes drive away and a scenic coastal pathway that winds around the Bay in both directions. You will find many restaurants, cafes and shops 6 minutes drive to Nelson Bay Town Centre and Salamander Square Centre just 5 minutes drive. The Cheeky Dog is a dog and family friendly pub with bistro, beer garden and sports bar 11 minutes drive away. Many local activities are available to you from whale watching cruises from May to November or dolphin cruises all year long. Enjoy the 360 degree views from the Mount Tomaree Summit walk or a sand board on Stockton beach.
Onsite parking is available for one vehicle with additional street parking nearby.
Small pets are welcome with written permission provided they are fully house trained, not allowed on beds or lounge without a cover and not left in apartment for long periods. Please note the outdoor area is not fenced.
