The cozy 75 m² Rosengarten apartment is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all'Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats offer you an authentic farm experience. This accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and anyone seeking peace and a nature-filled holiday in the Dolomites.



The second-floor apartment with balcony accommodates 2 to 6 guests, featuring two double bedrooms—one with an additional sofa bed. The living kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, from your balcony.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 p.m. Wi-Fi, baby bed, children’s bed, and high chair are included. Bed linen and towels are provided; a change during your stay is available for an extra charge. The shared outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, barbecue, terrace, and playground. Super Kurzurlaub

Wir können den Heigler Hof sehr empfehlen. Wir haben dort ein paar tolle Tage verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und war tadellos sauber. Sehr genossen haben wir die gemütliche Sauna, für die Kinder waren die kleinen Katzen natürlich ein Highlight

Die Wohnung Rosengarten ist perfekt ausgestattet, durch den Brötchenservice, sowie Eier und Milch von den Gastgebern direkt war alles bestens! Wir haben fast immer die Busverbindung genutzt, um nach Bozen oder zu anderen Ausflugszielen zu kommen..sehr angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super nette Gastgeberin. Der Heiglerhof wird von einer wunderschönen Kulisse umfasst . Die Wohnung enthält alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht .
