Holiday Apartment "Sonnleiten Sonnenparadies" with Wi-Fi

In the region of Latemar-Rosengarten near Collepietra (Steinegg) you can find the beautiful holiday apartment "Sonnleiten Sonnenparadies" of family Mahlknecht which is perfect for a romantic holiday for 2. The bright and luxurious apartment has a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 1 person a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a skylight and can therefore accommodate 3 adults. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, a baby cot, a cot and a high chair, as well as a playground on site. The apartment has a private whirlpool on its open south-facing balcony with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains. The resort also offers a large spa area with a bright pool with massage nozzles, 2 saunas (one hot), a hay bed and a quiet room. Here you can relax entirely and leave all your worries behind you. If you want to enjoy the fresh air, you can do so in the spacious garden of the complex, where you can also have a barbecue, or take a walk in the countryside. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk (450 m) away, and restaurants with local dishes can be found in the centre of Welschnofen (Nova Levante), 21.1 km (28 minutes by car) from the apartment. The area is known as the first "star village", therefore you will find a planetarium, a solar observatory and a planet path 13 minutes (9.5 km) by car from the village, where you can look at the stars and get a feeling for the vastness of our solar system. Lake Carezza is located 34 minutes (25.7 km) south of the apartment. The capital of South Tyrol, Bolzano, can be reached by car in 22 minutes (13,8 km) and the famous mountain group Catinaccio is 39 minutes (29 km) east of the village.



A washing machine, a dryer and an iron are available in the laundry room and can be used for an extra fee (iron for free). A toaster, children's books, board games and a microwave are available upon request and free of charge. Massages, a bread roll and drink service, a barbecue and packed lunches can be provided for an extra fee. Guests can also order dinner according to the menu. The playground features a sand box, a trampoline, table tennis, foosbal, a tree house, a garden house and a slide. In every apartment, there are also deck chairs and garden chairs.
