Small farmhouse for big holidays

A small property on a 500m2 plot. An exposed stone building with 5 bedrooms, three with, 3 double beds and two with 2 single beds, each. A shower room, a bathroom, both with double sinks and wc and a 3rd on the ground floor.
A large open living room with table football, a piano, which overlooks the kitchen adjoining a utility room. There is also a desk with a computer and wi-fi that remains at your disposal. There is a battery, and a guitar, for Musisiens. On the outside, a large swimming pool 9 by 4 depth 1M50, in turn a terrace of 90m2, a jacuzzi corner. A small garden with a secure old one. A small outdoor kitchen with a stove and a large barbecue, a terrace in the shade of an old plane tree, for dining.
We leave you the bikes available for rides. Example, the lake of Villeneuve de la Raho which is 4Km from the house, passing through the sleepers, the walk is super fun to do. The house is outside the village but we are 5 minutes walk from small shops, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, grocery store and doctor if necessary. Otherwise the house is 10 minutes by car from the 1st beach and 5 minutes by car from the Méga Castillety cinema in Perpignan.

This farm stay offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
