Check in was delayed due to issues on site, as well as them being exceptionally busy and ill prepared to deal with being fully booked. Check in was delayed past usual check in time with no promised time available. Rooms were not prepared fully with empty shampoo, etc.

Thin walls a s lack of sheets.

Booked a room with a king and pull out bed as i was rravelling with my teenager and there were no roo s with 2 beds available. When we pulled out the sofa bed to go to sleep it was not made and there were no sheets or blankets or comforter in the room. I called the main desk and in a fairly timely fashion he brought the stuff but only ome sheet. Very annoying. Also walls were paper thin. We could here all the co versations and activities of the people next door.
