Room was in good condition Heater in room is nice and warm. Nice shower and good pressure. Good location downtown. Easy check in. Underground parking good option however turn on heated pads or have contractor plow in heavy snow events. Should not get stuck becaise of anow build up. Big impact on time. Someone with hotplate in room cooking curry stunk up all 4 floors that bad that the fire alarm went off. Restraunt is nice and located inside without needing to leave. Overall good spot. Will stay there again

Cheapest spot in town but the room was not clean and while we were getting ready to leave we noticed dried blood on the mattress. We have stayed here many times as the kids like the pool but this will be out last stay as there is a public pool in town now.

Extra charges plus room fees upon check in , I’ve never had that in another hotel before ,ever. Children? Running up and down hallway until after 12 am. Unable to close drapes in room due to heating unit obstructing closure.

The elevators did not work. The curtains are like going back to the early 1980’s. The bathroom is so small. Small TV…….mattress is very soft. I do not normally give negative reviews but this hotel needs a serious makeover almost in every way. The staff are not friendly whatsoever. Checkout and the guy behind the front desk never said a word. Nothing about how was your stay. Zero!!!!!!! Would highly not recommend!!!
