Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² chalet with mountain views for rent in the commune of Cornimont. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a lovely outdoor area. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds and access to a mezzanine with a relaxation area
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

Outside:
- A beautiful 6,000 m² garden, shared and unenclosed
- A large panoramic terrace of 40 m² enjoying the beautiful views to the front (south-facing) and the tranquillity of the forest to the side (south-east-facing). There is a covered picnic table in a shelter on stilts, and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A secure, lockable garden shed (where you can leave your bikes, skis, etc.).

The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the chalet (private car park).
