Fully furnished, single-level holiday cottage on the ground floor of the owner's house. Located in a mountain region with numerous activities, just minutes from the La Bresse ski resort (18 km). Many marked trails surround the cottage, leading to Lac des Corbeaux, Brabant, and Ventron. Altitude of the cottage: 550 meters. The cottage is on the ground floor of a chalet and has a separate entrance. It includes one bedroom (one double bed and a cot), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and TV, a shower room, and a toilet. Central heating. Terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Courtyard. Garage for bicycles and motorcycles. Utilities and cleaning included. Single-level cottage with shower cubicle.
