Jordan greeted me at the front desk on check-in Sunday evening, and he provided fast and courteous service. We had a great room with a king bed, which had a firm mattress. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. On check-out Monday, the front desk staff person offered us a couple of take-out bags for snacking in the car during our journey.

Shower door was not cleaned properly and slight mold spots along bottom wall. The air conditioner was making rattling noise all night but we did receive a credit on the charge. We may or may not return to this property.

Hampton Inn North Bay - Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 Good Morning, I’m writing to inform you about our recent stay at the Hampton Inn North Bay, Ontario Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. We are traveling professionals, who live on the road and have choosen the Hampton Inn over the years for its consistency and reliability. This was not the case in our recent stay. After 9.5 hour trip from Sault Ste. Marie our late night check-in (11pm) which was seamless. Upon arrival into our room, we immediately noticed that it was not the room (2 queen beds) that we booked (king) and paid for on Expedia. After a very long day of travel we addressed the issue with the young man at the front desk. He apologized and indicated that he would leave a message for the manager. Once again, I’d like to reiterate that we did not receive the service that we paid for and expected. Maheengun Shawanda
