Relax at this recently transformed 1930s holiday house. Sitting on the waters edge. Surrounded by nature in a calm and stylish space. Enjoy the upgraded modern accommodation that include a new kitchen, high spec of insulation to create a cosy space to include new a heating system and freshly decorated rooms. Holding onto the original features like a stained glass lit ceiling to several terrazzo floors throughout and imprinted concrete walls.
The property has a private gravel driveway, which is 2 fields off the main road. There is access to the lake and the private jetty. Some areas are rocky, and care is needed.
The lake (Inchiquin Lake) is renowned for fishing, and you will see boats on it daily. Fishing can be arranged over at the pier. The surrounding area is great for nature walks in the Burran, its a 5-mile trek to Mullaghmore peak. The village of Corofin is approx 1.5km and has several shops, pubs, and restaurants.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of O'Dea Castle. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Perfect house for family get together. Spacious rooms.Very nicely stocked kitchen.We picked blackberries with the kids and fished the lake.Our only recommendation would be a traffic mirror for when leaving the driveway.

This house is epic!!

Historic 1930’s house, I just wish there was a little information about the house, that would have been interesting. The house was clean, everything was in working order. I wish we were staying longer. It was most appreciated that there was an iron at the house, to use. We were going to a wedding, nice to be able touch up our clothes after lengthy travel. The house is a hidden oasis at the lake, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Loved the house and hope to stay there again.
