Welcome to this spacious, calm and coastal-modern townhouse in Beacon Villas, an award-winning Corolla Light Community. This home is managed by us North Carolina LLC. Enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with the beach only a 7-minute walk, and access to many recreational amenities.
When you book this home, all guests will have access to all Corolla Light community amenities, including beachside and soundside outdoor pools, a fitness center, jacuzzi, indoor pool, tennis. and pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball courts and even an in-season trolley service. Wristbands will be provided, to be picked up at us. Â The community is conveniently located near the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and historic Corolla Park, and walkable to many shops and restaurants.

With multiple levels within the home, including a cozy living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area, you\'ll have plenty of space to relax andunwind. The townhouse features four bedrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom, ensuring a good night\'s sleep for everyone.Â
Step outside onto the balcony or patio to enjoy the fresh coastal air or fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring the area or take a dip in the community indoor pool to cool off on a sunny afternoon. For those looking for some friendly competition, head to the tennis court or game room for some fun activities. Board games are also available for a relaxing evening indoors. Home includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.
