Half Past Twelve: Private Saltwater Pool, Currituck Club Amenities

Half Past Twelve is in a newly developed section of The Currituck Club resort, known as Windswept Cottages which is adjacent to the Windswept Ridge Condos. It offers beautiful views to the east overlooking the 10th Fairway of The Currituck Club golf course. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home]

TOP LEVEL:
Beginning on the top level, the sundeck faces east with a large deck area for relaxation and enjoying the ocean breezes. The back deck faces east and overlooks the pool deck below. The Great Room includes the living area with flat-screen TV, dining area and kitchen. A King Master Suite is located on this level and a half bath is next to the kitchen area.

MID LEVEL:
Down to the entry level, there is a King Master Suite with deck access to the front of the house and a Queen bedroom that has access to the back covered deck. This bedroom shares a hall bath with Pyramid Bunk bedroom.

GROUND LEVEL:
A spacious den on this level offers another place to relax indoors and has a large flat-screen TV. The fenced backyard will provide plenty of room for children to play or for the entire family to enjoy the 9' x 22' private saltwater pool (pool open June - August; pool heat available for an additional fee) and a hot tub. An outside shower is available to shower off after beach-going. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

What a gem!

Our family and friends absolutely loved our time at Half Past Twelve. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed every minute of the private pool, beach, and cooking wonderful dinners in the well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was lovely for bike rides, jogs and shuttle rides. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

One of our favorite rentals by far!

Pristine, beautifully decorated with a great finish-out and an A+ location! The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, sharp knives, and utensils. For even a better renter experience, I would highly recommend: -more sleeping pillows to be available -hair dryer(s) and bath mats in all bathrooms -an outdoor grill -a griddle or large 12”non-stick skillet in the kitchen for making large batches of pancakes or eggs. Our favorite part of the day was having dinner out on the deck with the view of the golf course and in the distance the Atlantic ocean.
