Brand New Vacation Villa - Where convenience meets privacy in the heart of Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, the sound, restaurants, entertainment and so much more! Relax and enjoy resort style amenities while experiencing the solace of a private home.

Our villa is inspired by grandparents with roots going back to Sealevel, NC (Carteret County). On your visit we hope you will find in Corolla the beauty and marvel for North Carolina's coast that they passed along.

The first level offers a spacious floor plan with access to a private patio offering an outdoor shower and grill.

The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with cook and dinnerware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as a wine refrigerator. The 8-foot island provides ample seating for gathering to share a meal or play a game. The kitchen opens up to a more formal dining area and living room containing a large pull-out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. Also, a half bath is on the first level.

Upstairs you will find a Master suite, including a private outdoor balcony to enjoy a late-night drink under the stars, or a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The attached private bath boasts a large walk-in shower, a large vanity, and toilet.

The second and third bedrooms offer king and queen beds with adjoining jack-n-jill style bathroom featuring a tub with shower, large vanity, and toilet.

Conveniently located on the second floor, is a laundry room for your use during your stay. There's also a pack-n-play for infants.

To make your check-in easy, we provide a starter kit of supplies to get your stay started. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided as well.

The community boasts a huge pool with several cabanas available for rent during your stay. A brand-new clubhouse with gym, pickleball court, and Mexican style taco shack are all coming this 2024 season!

The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.

Our family enjoyed being close to the beach, a nice pool, and shopping- all within easy walking distance. The home was new and beautiful. Everything we needed/wanted was right there. Comfortable beds was a welcome plus!

Lovely Stay at Lewis Villa

We had an amazing time at Barry’s place in Corolla, NC. It’s a brand-new development with a well-stocked kitchen, 3 generous sized bedrooms and good-sized outside seating space. Any kitchen utensils we needed were there. The beds were comfortable and there were TVs in every room. There is reliable high-speed internet, and you can connect your streaming services or work computer easily. The hosts have made it feel like home. The neighborhood is quiet and everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is about a two-minute walk from the house. It was a quiet beach with kids building sandcastles and people enjoying their walk – very family friendly! Across the street (Rt 12) is a large playground that is a blessing for kids. Also, on that side of the road is the Currituck Lighthouse, the Maritime museum, and the Whalehead historic property. These historic places are a must see. A two-minute walk down Rt 12, you come to a cute little shopping center. We ate lunch at Uncle Ike’s and got pastries from Northern Lights bakery. Their donuts were delicious – kid approved! We also did the Corolla Wild Horse Tour from that shopping center. A five-minute drive away is the Food Lion grocery store and ten minutes away is a large well stocked Harris Teeter. There are a plethora of food options around and on this trip we tried out Lighthouse Pizza and North Banks restaurant, where my wife loved the crabcakes! We had a great experience and would highly recommend it!
