2025 Upgrades included a new roof, top level touch up interior paint, new XBox, new hammock, mid lever to top level deck stairs replaced and two new ottomans. 2024 Updates included new living new pool chairs and lounge cushions, new mid level carpet and a new dishwasher!

King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds , flat-screen TV and private deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with deck access featuring an entertainment center with large flat-screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo and a stone-faced wood burning fireplace. Kitchen with wood cabinetry and accents will provide a cheery backdrop to a dining area with seating for 12 offering deck access with lighthouse views. Half bath.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
