Short walk into Town, there’s a hill to navigate, you can get tricycle to and from town though The pools a blessing, nice to cool off Room was good too and value for money

MISLEADING, FRAUD

THEY posted the pictures from another branch located one kilometer away with great facilities but I ended up in this dump from a muddy dirt road dropped off by a tricycle. I asked the other branch if I could transfer to them, they said not possible. For 4 nighmarish nights I WAS THE ONLY GUEST IN THIS DUMP. The first day breakfast was two fried eggs delivered the night before from the other branch, kept and served cold with two slices of bread! The second day they shipped in the morning, so it was luke warm. They kept turning the Internet off to save a few pennies in electricity without warning. The internet signal was much weaker in the just two room over room 2, from the yard area also used as "lobby" with a desk, attendant that spoke no English, and no compassion or authority to do anything. The first night of arrival I reached the display refrigerator for a bottle of water. The refrigerator was OFF so the water was as warm as a pool water! The had a hole in the ground serving as a pool Stay away from this one, and make sure if you are reserving a room it is not Heights but the other branch with more professional staff and guests in rooms. WHY WOULD THIS HOTEL HAVE ZERO GUESTS FOR 4 DAYS? A GOOD QUESTION. SHAME ON HOTELS.COM THAT DID NOT RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN I CALLED THEM

Médiocre et cher

Le nom de l’hôtel fait référence à un autre hôtel familiale à 10 minutes à pied.Heureusement l’hôtel a pris en charge le tricycle pour s’excuser de la gêne. Allée difficilement accessible en scooter, attention si vous êtes 2 mieux vaut le faire à pied sachant que l’hôtel se situe dans une montée. La chambre qui m’a été octroyé ne correspondait pas à la chambre réservée, faute de place selon la propriétaire. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres et le service via un téléphone est identique, il faut sortir de la chambre pour en avoir (prévoir de la crème car il y des moustiques). En descendant, j’ai pu constaté que la propriétaire débranchait le wifi. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoir des bouchons car il y a du bruits au alentours avec les animaux. L’hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner comme indiqué, il vous faudra vous rendre dans l’autre hôtel si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit (seul un frigo avec boisson limité est présent). Hormis cela, la chambre est propre, dispose de la clim et il y a des produits d’hygiène de base. La proprio n’est pas souriante et ne cherche pas à vous arranger même lorsque vous souhaitez prolonger d’une nuit et revoir le prix avec elle car les prestations ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Malgré que le 1er hotel a été arrangeant sur la réservation car il y a eu un problème avec hôtel.com, je ne le recommande pas car il est chère pour les prestations proposées.
