Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived to the hotel , the lady at the reception said they “don’t partner“ with “Red Doors” anymore therefore we can’t get a room. However, she didn’t mind charging us $6 for a “free transportation” from the airport to their hotel. Called Orbitz right away from there .Agent tried to contact the hotel, so we can have a refund, but didn’t get any answer from the Red Doors. Still waiting for the $ back... We had to find a different hotel. Don’t book this place !
