Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Unit #712 during January and February 2021 was an adventure this year due to COVID and the great Texas freeze in February. I must say that we loved our condo. It was wonderfully appointed and had lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking meals in, which we did much more of on this trip. Unfortunately we had to vacate our condo for over a week due to loss of power and water during the winter storm. Once water and power was restored in the complex, our unit had additional power issues but the management was wonderful and relocated us for several nights to another condo while the problem was being resolved. We were very glad to be able to spend the last few nights of our stay back in #712. Loved the reclining sofa and chair, the large master bath and shower, and the balcony - great view and chairs to enjoy it from. The Aransas Princess is our favorite Port Aransas retreat.

We were totally satisfied with our choice and would definitely choose this property again. Unrelated to the unit we stayed in, we did find it disappointing that the weekend desk staff did not follow the mask wearing requirement. The result was more people in the lobby that also did not wear masks.
