Welcome to 2-Quila-A Little Time! Located on the corner of Eleventh and Sand Burr, with a short walk to the Beach!  This colorful pet friendly, coastal cutie is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Max occupancy is 10 comfortably! Great Game room in the garage to keep the kids entertained, or even the parents, equipped with a shuffleboard table, and a few other games to play! Don't forget about the outdoor family area equipped with a large flat screen TV. Great area for family cookouts. All guests will have access to the community pool. Exterior camera overlooking the driveway.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Great time beachside!

Very close to the beach, the kids loved the game room. Only thing that we wished it had--- a pool. The gameroom made up for it though! Great house!

Disappointing - Poor property management and pics oversold the place

We were so disappointed in our stay we checked out a day early. Upon arrival, we called the phone number on the email notification to gain access to the property. The property manager didn't understand why we were calling. We had to reach out to the property manager again to gain access to the wifi because it was incorrect in the check-in instructions. While getting settled into the rental, we noticed that the master bed was crooked. We looked under the bed and noticed the bedframe was broken. We also noted that the shower doors in BOTH bathrooms were broken and not on track. We again contacted the property manager who said they would send out maintenance. We slept in a secondary room because the bed did not appear safe. Maintenance arrived the next day and said they could fix the bed. They indicated they would report it to the property manager and be back later in the day to fix it. They never came back and we never heard from the property manager. We reached out at the end of the day and they informed us that the bed would not be fixed. We then requested a refund because we were paying for a room that could not be used. We also informed the property manager that we would be checking out early because of the condition of the property. We then started noting other problems with the property, which are included in the pics. Broken window blinds, rusted A/C return grates, flooring that was coming up waiting to slice someone's foot, broken game pieces, etc.

Pick Another Rental

Prior DIRTY guests clothes were found in the drawer. A/C went out at 7:30am, by 5:00pm there was no resolution nor was the host responding to me or VRBO anymore. Host offered to send window units at 3:00pm, never did. VRBO ended up moving us to a new location and the host wasn’t even aware at 8:30pm that we left. Awful experience, kids were melting down while moving at bedtime. The host didn’t know we left likely because they ignored my calls and texts, my husbands, and VRBO…. Extremely rude office personnel; they actually hung up on my husband. Plenty of other rentals on the island to choose from. Also, the listing states 3 bedroom 3 bath, in the description but this differs from the main info listing? There is no “community pool” as in a pool that belongs to the neighborhood community. The description refers to the PUBLIC POOL which everyone has access to on the island, if you pay. Totally deceiving, there is no pool.
