Today’s raw marijuana has an extremely pungent aroma that enters the furniture and walls.
If the unit is unrentable due to the smell of illegal drugs, you will be liable for the loss of any rental income.
It is acceptable to smoke legal products only on the exterior of the condo. Ie The balcony. However, the same $250 fine applies for the unit smelling of tobacco products.

NOTICE! There are no other recording devices inside the home. However, you will see a live cam on the balcony. It is from a company called Surfline that has surf cameras at beaches around the world. It does not have audio and is zoomed in and locked into place as to only show the ocean surf. You cannot be seen on the live cam. There is no audio. You can check it out on Surfline's system or ours.
