Quiet and close to beach

We absolutely loved that this condo was on North Padre and right at the edge of the developments. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The view from the condo balconies was really nice because it was so close to the beach. The pool at the condo was nice as well!

Really nice place!

Great location that had pretty much everything we needed. Steps away from the beach, very clean, nice bathrooms, cool bunk beds for the kids, nice kitchen. Definitely hoping to visit again!

Excellent location and property

Our family of 5 had a great time at this property for 4 nights. We walked to the beach each day and ended at the pool. Property was cleaned and well maintained. When they say no food or such is allowed to stay for the guests, believe it, not even salt & pepper, so keep that in mind if you do the grocery run before checking in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Right on the beach

We came down to spend 5 days to get warm water and white sandy beaches. Loved this. This spot was amazing. This place has a great family pool area. My daughter was able to make friends and you could drink, sun bathe as well. Small complaint is that need to make it a little tougher for outsiders to come into the pool area, but overall, 5 star stay.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful. We do plan on staying here again. Only complaint I have is the doors do not lock properly. Deadbolt is not aligned properly on main door. Thankfully it had a hotel style auto lock on handle. The patio door would not lock either. Beds were so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. (Bring your own pillows). I look forward to coming back.

Exactly as advertised! clean, comfortable, wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful family birthday vacation here! This place seemed like it was updated fairly recently, everything seemed fresh and clean. The beds in the second bedroom were too soft and flimsy for some of our liking but not a big enough deal to cause any problems. In addition the the basics they listed the kitchen is stocked with a blender, toaster, coffee maker and everything we needed to cook and eat there. No spices or oils kept there. No beach towels or other beach paraphernalia either. This is managed by a rental company so everything was clear and professional but there are a few extra steps after booking on VRBO. The dryer wasn’t working well when we first got there and someone came out and took care of it within 24 hrs of us reporting it. The WiFi worked well enough for my brother to work online all day. There is great beach access as well as a nice view! We walked the beach, swam, built a fire, raked labyrinths in the sand, fished and found a bunch of great shells. We were there during the week in August, there were people always around but never busy or crowded.
