Introducing Ocean View SIV26! This 2nd floor beachfront efficiency condo is in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The oversized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. Happy Anniversary!

We came for our 50th wedding anniversary and totally enjoyed our stay. All was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change is the TV setup, at 70 years old it was confusing. Had our grandkids been with us they would have done it in a snap! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful spot! We will be back!!

nice condo with balcony, good path to beach, had to make a quick run to grocery store - there was no bath soap, salt and pepper. Beds were not very comfortable. Wondering why we need to take trash to dumpsters when we paid a hefty cleaning fee, but not a problem. Would rent again!

Enjoyable quaint stay

Great quaint location! Great price for the location. Please bring bug spray those mosquitoes are no joke especially when you take the beach access trail behind the condo. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the amazing beach view from the condo’s balcony.

Fabulous family find!

Our small family of 3 absolutely loved our Sea Isle stay! Condo was 1 room only, similar to hotel however had a full kitchen and AMAZING view!! We loved all the colorful decor, too! Thankful in advance for being able to return to such a lovely condo!!

Loved the location!!! Listen to waves at night or golf cart to the beach for a night ride or sunset in the pool!! Pool was great ...there is a park here as well location is 2 mins from beach . If i had to complain it would be for softer beds . There was plenty of towels!!! Everything u need !

Lovely property

This location is great, only steps away from the beach with a beautiful view of the water from the back patio.The unit was clean, well equipped and the rental process was easy from start to finish. The pickle ball and basketball courts along with fun yard games were a bonus that we didn't expect! The pool area looks to have been upgraded recently with pretty landscaping and was a great size.

Everything in this unit felt new and of good quality. The decor was colorful and tasteful. I was immediately at home. View was lovely and I really appreciated the boardwalk access to the beach and the well-maintained swimming pool. I would gladly stay here again.

We could have checked in a little earlier since the property was already ready. When it finally was check in time then I get a message telling me to come to the office first. So we still didn’t get in our room until 30 minutes after check in time. And could have been a little friendlier and accomadating.

Cute and clean condo!!

The condo is updated and very clean. Great AC!! It’s a long walk to the beach. We had to walk about 100 feet through ankle deep gross brown stagnant water on the sidewalk to the beach. To avoid this, we bought a beach permit and drove to the beach, which we were hoping to not have to do. I was not impressed with Port A Escapes at all. I was told that I would receive a text when our condo was ready around 4:00. We waited around town to kill some time. We finally drove to Sea Isle to discover the office closed. I called the management company and was told by a very rude lady that I had to check in at their office and they closed at 4:00. We had eleven minutes to get there!! Once there, the very nice front desk lady told me they didn’t close until 5:00 and didn’t know why the other lady said that. She also apologized about not getting a text. She was going down the list and hadn’t gotten to me yet. The pool is great. We really liked the condo.

Great service and a life saver

After another condo property canceled on me less then 24 hours before I was set to be there we were able to find this spot based on the pictures and location and they had everything set up in less then 24 hours. A real life saver that saved my sons first trip to the beach. Was a wonderful stay and lived up to the pictures beautifully. Had a great stay. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff.

Amazing view cozy for two

Love this beach vibe large efficiency condo on the gulf with outstanding view from everywhere you look! Large deck to enjoy cup of coffee or glass of wine. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything you need included ( except for box of tissues). Path through the dunes to beach. Convenient to town. Highly recommend #26 at Sea Isle Village.

What a wonderful property. Everything was as described. Unit 26 is perfect. A very short walk to the beach and only minutes to downtown Port A and all it has to offer. The condo was immaculate. The property management great. Check in and check out a breeze. Sitting here on the deck my last morning to watch the sunrise I can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Coffee in hand and reflection on what a perfect trip this has been. I would highly recommend this property. Cheers!!

Beach weekend

Cute little place. Super clean. Very cute cabin. The beds are not super comfy and are creaky. We had a second story with and ocean view. Was disappointed in the view. We could see the ocean but not the beach, so pay attention to the pics. The pics don't show the property under construction next door and the dumpsters from the view either. Walk to the beach is good. The place overall was quiet and the pool are was clean. The property is very will kept. I would visit this place again in spite of the few shortcomings.
