AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style amenities like the Cabana and Splish Splash Family Pool, both with infinity edges, and the Neighborly Square Pool. Explore green spaces like Tailwind and South Shore Park, stroll the boardwalks around South Town and Leisure Lake, or fish from the community pier. You’ll also find pickleball and basketball courts, a playscape, and access to additional amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, including pools, a fitness center, restaurants, and the lively Town Center.
