Beautifully Remodeled Beach Front Condo with Spectacular Ocean Views

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ocean breeze! This remodeled condo is right on the beach. You have amazing ocean views and take in the beautiful evening sunsets.
This condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the 8th floor. The patio is large and has seating for four. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views and ocean breeze.
The condo was completely renovated and features an open kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The remodeled bathrooms feature a completely renovated master shower with brand new tile, gorgeous quartz vanity, faucets and fixtures. The guest bathroom features a garden tub with new tile, quartz vanity, faucets, and fixtures.
The condo has 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with that coastal feel. Both bedrooms have side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, and blinds for privacy. The living room has plenty of seating, a new 50" smart TV, with an open floor plan. The dining room comfortably seats six . You will also find a desk in the living area, WIFI, and both bedrooms have new smart TV's. From the living room you are just feet away from the large covered patio where you can enjoy the views, listen to the waves and feel the gentle breeze.
Amenities: The condo comes stocked with fresh linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen. We provide all the things from home such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, bakeware, crock pot, dishes, glasses and utensils.
About the Complex:
There is guest parking in front of the complex. The property offers tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, guest lobby with a complimentary coffee bar, outdoor pool (heated in select months), brand new playscape with access by the pool, hot tub, sun deck, grill, movie rentals, freshwater shower on boardwalk to beach, and much more.
There are cameras located on the property, maintained by The Seagull Condominiums. We do not have access to these cameras and they are not in the unit themselves.
The Seagull is going through renovations. We cannot control the noise between 8 am and 5 pm. There is also possible there will be no noise at all depending on where the crew is working.

The condo was beautifully done and very comfortable. Loved how well-appointed the kitchen was, it had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony catching sunrise and relaxing after a day at the beach. We were close to the Port Aransas grocery store, restaurants and downtown which was fun. The condominium offered beach chairs for use and the people working there were all very helpful and accommodating.

The condo is clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the ocean views. It was perfect for us. The only disappointment was that we could not drive the golf cart the condo, because technically it is in Corpus Christi. If I had known that, I would have only rented for 1-2 days, not 3. Honestly, we didn’t need it, since we just walked to the beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

Exceeded my expectations!!

This property is so beautifully decorated and comfortable!! My elderly mom came with us and she enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the peaceful sound of the waves. This property has gorgeous views and the beach is literally out the back door of the 1st floor. The pool has two large areas with plenty of seating and shade. My family loved our time here and will definitely want to stay again!

Excellent Location

Overall our stay was great, the location is perfect! The check in process was simple. The unit itself is beautiful with great views of the ocean. I will say we were rather disappointed that we were not informed of the pool and park being closed due to renovations during our stay. The park was a primary reason that we booked due to having toddler. They did offer for us to use those amenities at the other building which was nice but very inconvenient. Also the towel rack and toilet seat in the hall bath were broken, we immediately notified the front desk but no one attempted to fix it the entire time we were there (4 days). The master shower head needs to be cleaned as it barely pushes any water out, the unit could use some new pans as most were old and dirty or peeling. Master bed was okay, the pillows are cheap. We were also disappointed that we do not have access to the washer and dryer in the unit, they do have laundry facility in the basement, but this was the first time I've stayed in a condo that did not provide that convenience in the unit. Overall I would say our stay was nice due to the location being right on the beach and easy access to the beach. We were out and about most of the day so that small issues inside were not too bothersome. If you are looking for a beautiful condo on the beach this would be a great pick!
