Welcome to Blue Haven, the sanctuary you have been waiting for. The newly built waterfront 4 bedroom/3 bath home has a gorgeous heated pool, sun deck, and a lighted private fishing pier. There is something for everyone to enjoy. There are 2 kayaks and the pier has a lower platform for easy kayak launching, a privacy-fenced backyard, Adirondack chairs around the pool, and off-street parking for 8 cars.

Walking into this home, you are in an open-concept living area with a sectional couch and plenty of seating to gather or watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has 3 seats on the island, a dining table with seating for 8, and a high chair. The home has two primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a "kids room" with a twin trundle bed. There is a third full bath off the main living area for the guest and kids' rooms. The layout of this home is perfect for family or friends.

Very nice property. The house was very clean. The heated pool was a nice touch. Kayaks are available as well. Fishing was good and we caught several small fish- black drum and red fish. No keepers. I wouldnt expect catching any huge fish where this property sits, but the property is extremely nice. We had a good time.

Everything you need in one spot

The place was clean with a pool at the perfect temperature. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet with lots of parking. Fishing was decent and we had a ton of fun catching crabs at the dock. Definitely plan to return next year.
