Blue Lagoon is a 4BR luxury home at Paradise Pointe in Port Aransas. An open concept on stilts, it accommodates 12 & provides plenty of parking & hangout space below. You will LOVE the outdoor family-friendly fenced-in space w/ multiple lounge & dining areas, outdoor TV, grill/cooler, ping-pong table, games, swings, PRIVATE colorful HEATED pool, & outdoor shower. Stunning deck views of Nature Preserve wetlands/channel that ships pass through. Luxury foam mattresses & smart TVs w/ fast wifi in every room. Kid-friendly for all ages!

Living Room
• The open floor plan provides fantastic views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, of the bay, and comfortably seats the entire group!
• The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and allows for entertaining with family and friends.
• 75 “ LG Smart TV with WIFI
• Breakfast bar with 3 stools and child’s high chair provided.

Bedrooms
• Bedroom 1 offers king bed 12” memory foam mattress with double sink vanity ensuite, 40” smart tv and guest closet.

• Bedroom 2 offers king bed 12” memory foam mattress with ensuite, 40” smart tv. The closet is locked for the owners use but has a dresser, nightstand and drawers available for the guest use.

• Bedroom 3 offers a queen 12” memory foam mattress bed, 40” smart tv and guest closet. BR3 will share the 3rd bathroom in the hallway with BR4

• Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed (10” memory foam “full” mattress) with a trundle bed also a full, 40” smart tv and guest closet. This room will share the bathroom in the hallway.

Other Things to Note
• Propane tank available for both grill and fire pit table. Tank is not guaranteed to be full of propane and we are not liable for refills.
• Plenty of parking (4-5 cars comfortably under the home and in driveway)
• The full size W/D laundry room is located in the shared bathroom. A starter supply of laundry detergent is for your use. Also Iron and ironing board is included and baskets of extra sheets will be available on top storage.
• Pool can be heated for an additional $65/day during Oct - May and must be the duration of stay. Please give advance notice as it takes several hours to heat the pool and is an optional add-on separate from regular booking expenses.
• Beach is a 4 minute drive to either public access point. A city-regulated parking pass is required and can be purchased for around $10 at any gas station.

The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise or eat a fresh meal.

Open Air Dining is awesome, but if you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Fins Grill and Icehouse, Beach and Station Street Grill, The Crazy Cajun, just to name a few!

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee and pastries at coffee waves and hitting the beach to watch the sunrise.

The house was clean and ready for us to just have fun! The pool area was full of toys for the kids to play with in and out of the pool, very well planned out! The patio was ready for us to bbq and enjoy dinner with family. The house had guest towels to use just incase we forgot ours. Totally renting this house again!

What a wonderful, spacious, family rental! We are definitely saving this one to our favorites. Close to everything you might need or want, including the beach. They had beach toys we could use, beach chairs, outdoors shower area, outdoor games, and other amenities like a heated pool with an extra fee. My kids had an great time.

Toddlers, parents and grandparents

The Blue Lagoon was a fun and comfortable base for the eight of us. We appreciated how organized and well stocked the house is. The downstairs pool area is big and cool. Even the pool water was cool in mid July. Fun games and plenty of seating. The gates have safety locks so our kiddos (almost 2 years old and 2 1/2 years) and the adults could just kick back. The outdoor shower in the pool area was convenient when we returned from our beach trips ( a very quick drive away). Our host Jose was very responsive and gracious. We hope to return to the Blue Lagoon.

Highly Recommend

This beach house was cozy, clean and so cute. Ample space, well-stocked and comfortable. The lounge area underneath makes the house all the better, especially for teens wanting to be on property but away from the adults. Property managers were accommodating, helpful and friendly. The only negative is that this house is located on the non-golf cart legal side of the highway. I wish that fact was mentioned in the listing for those not familiar with the Port Aransas rules and area, in general.

Great Time!

We had a great stay! Our group of 12 (including kids and teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. The heated pool was a must and was enjoyed by all. It was very nice to have beach towels and toys provided. The nature preserve was a great view. We had a great time hanging out at the house playing games, swimming in the pool, and going the short distance to the beach. We'll be back! There was plenty of tableware for us and cookware. However, it would have been nice to have more cooking staples. Spices, tin foil, coffee filters etc. But, there is a little grocery store in town, so you can get these supplies locally.

Great Holiday Stay

Jose and his team were amazing! The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Each room was very comfortable and having three bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool (heated) was a great addition because we couldn't really swim in the ocean due to it being November. There is a golf cart facility right across the street so that is a main view, but the sunset (which was amazing) and the nation preserve is fully visible. Lots of cool bird watching! The other thing is that the neighbors are pretty close. The back yard is right next to two other backyards and the fence isn't a privacy fence. Even with that being said, we did enjoy our time outside in the pool and the laid back fire pit and tv. Our overall stay was really great. We also left a hat at the VRBO house and Jose and his team mailed it to us! The customer service was great and the house was a great fit with our weekend.

Great house & Patio

There were 7 of us that stayed, 4 adults and 3 kids. The layout if great, we did not feel like we were on top of each other at all! The house has anything you would need and the patio area is a great space and loved having the pool. Great location, and Jose was an absolute pleasure to work with, he responds very quickly and is there to help with anything you need.

Awesome House!

We spent 4 nights at the Blue Lagoon and it was a delightful house. Plenty of room in the house and with 3 bathrooms it is easy to handle a large group (7 of us). The downstairs area with the pool was very nice as it allow both kids and adults to relax and play games. We will definitely keep this rental in our list of favorites!
