This new designer cottage in our growing South village stands on a grassy lawn as part of the Escape Cottage group, located just a stroll or golf cart ride from all the town amenities. Joy overflows from this 2-story charmer, which features a “Beach Party” palette with subtle but delightfully placed pops of color throughout serene living areas. It’s like living in a Gray Malin or Slim Aarons photograph!
AMENITIES: Indulge in the cozy charm of your own private fire pit, ideally situated in the backyard – the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores! At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING: Inside Barefoot Bungalow main living area, you’ll be surrounded by light-colored flooring and crisp white walls, with quartzite countertops in the stylish kitchen. This first-floor space features a great room with den flowing to dining and kitchen. Relax on the comfy sofa in front of the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The dining table in the eat-in kitchen seats 6. Stainless appliances and fully stocked kitchen ensure you have everything you need! From the mint green Big Chill refrigerator and copper lanterns by Bevolo as you enter to the stunning, interior light fixtures and clerestory windows that flood the home with light, every detail in this cottage has been curated to delight you.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs bedrooms and hallway bunks comfortably sleep 7, with one king suite, one queen suite, and three twins. The king room opens to a balcony with community views and to a spa-like bath with a soaking tub under glamorous light fixture on one side and a walk-in shower on the other. In the queen suite, the bed tucks into a nook beneath a bonus twin bunk bed accessible by a ladder. And another hallway bunk sleeps two more in cozy built-ins.
EXTRAS: The Energy-Star® certified home offers comfort from the Texas heat, with installed dehumidifiers and other energy-saving tactics that make a low-impact on the environment and keep you cool. A side entrance, private outdoor shower, and dedicated paved parking make it easy to come and go. A community EV charger is just outside the mini park in front of the home. Head out to the back patio and enjoy the charming community bonfire.
Barefoot Bungalow is a pet friendly property with a limit of (1) ONE pet per reservation allowed. If more than (1) ONE pet is seen entering Barefoot Bungalow, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
