PET POLICY
- $120 per stay pet fee per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid
