The community's amenities include a beautiful swimming pool & cabana and the neighborhood catch and release pond. Located along 11th Street, this home is just a short car or golf cart ride to the beach, Texas Sandfest, restaurants, shopping, the marina and much, much more.
This home is perfect for entertaining with its open concept. The open kitchen-dining-living room is the perfect gathering spot for meals, enjoying coffee, games or movies! The kitchen is well-equipped to meet your cooking needs with plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar area.
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Two bedrooms have king sized beds with private baths, as well as access to a private balcony. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen TVs.
Outside there is a picnic table, bar, enclosed shower, and charcoal grill. Great for outside entertaining and creating new family & friends memories.
